Second week in AKL

Went out to get my visa thing done this afternoon. Walked pass Oracle building and I saw....
a cadaver! LOL at myself using such professional word, have been hanging out with Sarah too often.
No LOLs for that person who committed suicide.... Jumping off a 17-storey building need lots of guts, he/she must have faced lots of troubles in life.
Although I saw only your hand, and you'll never know who I am, I do hope that you'll rest in peace.

WELL!! Back to ME! spent money again, bought this cool polka-dotted lantern to decorate my oh-so-lovely room!!
Don't ask me why, I just feel like buying it. It's only $3.40!


Stopped by N's cafe while I was on my way back to O'rorke. Bought pastries for Milktea :)

Yep guys,I'm back again, to the land of Sheeps! and sorry for not updating my blog since.... I don't know when.
Before coming to Auckland, mum gave me something that I always wanted! Never bought it cause I know Dad will be angry if I spent $ on a toy.

I miss you mum..won't see you for another year, again.

Milktea was the second person I saw after I arrived Auckland. I miss him heaps!

Not living in that cage anymore!

This year, I'm paying the same amount but living in a bigger room, with a balcony + sea view!
It's awesome!!!!! NO LIES!

Today is Chap goh meh, the 15th day of CNY... and I haven't been to the temple till now!

所以今天要到大伯公庙拜拜，要不然伯公骂骂。。

今晚到伯公庙的人超多的！！根本寸步难移。。。然后大部分的人手里都有一束香，加上自己也拿了一束，所以全身都是烟灰。

伯伯看到我就大喊“ WALAU! SNOW girl!" =__=

Although this was my first time worshipping in the temple, I was a hardcore worshipper according to my sis.

Juju sis " weiii... youu don't need to worship the dragon laaa..."

to show my sincerity, I worshipped every statue I can get to! no exception!

The whole experience can be summarized as incense-burning,eyes-watering,ash-covering experience! must try! Uncle Buo Gong loves to see you suffer! NGIAH　ＮＩＡＧＨ！

There were Lion dance performance as well. It wasn't as good as before though. Teochew association used to have the best Lion dance team in Miri, even won prizes nationwide.
Miss the good old days when you could see interesting Lion dance performances.
